Hello dear friends. In the first discussion we try to brainstorm about why we chose the concept of “Families and Their companies” to “Family Owned Companies”. Could you come up with any answers?
In our this discussionwe are going to share ideas about maintainability of Families and Their Companies.
Longevity of the families and their companies which has a vital role in the socio economics life is essentail and providing this long-lasting life has mile Stones. Companies are like people. How? they are to born and have parents, in other words founders. With the excitement of giving birth to the new company, founders bring up the child by working day and night, sometimes 72 hours in a row. And some day the child might become a young person. This young person might have his/her own child, founder might include other companies. And just like all living things companies could come to end of its life cycle and die.
Living creatures reproduce in order to stay alive. In the same way there are works that need to be done to keep companies going.
